In 2004, the Vision Fund won a $10,000 grant and the National "Make a Difference" Award from the Paul Newman Foundation for its Ramp-a-thon program.
- Disabled Veterans Program—providing specially adapted housing for disabled veterans in Fairfield County.
- Scholarship Program — financial aid to members, employees of member firms and their dependants who are pursuing post secondary education. Scholarships are awarded annually in 2 categories based on merit and financial need.
